FAQs

Q: How long are your fitness classes?

A: Our fitness classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm-up, strength/skill portion, workout, and accessory work. If you are attending for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked-in to class and get a tour of the space.

Q: How many people are allowed in class?

A: The amount of members allowed in class differs by location and class type. We cap classes to ensure everyone has a safe amount of space and ensure they get quality coaching.

Q: How do I sign up for class?

A: If you sign up for a membership, you will get access to a mobile app called Push Press that will allow you to book your classes. If you are signing up for a Free Trial or Drop-In the buttons at the top of this page will allow you to select a time for your class.

Q: Are your workouts for me?

A: Yes. Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age, injuries, and current fitness levels. Our coaches can modify the program for each person to help you safely become healthier and fitter.

Q: Do I need to be in shape to start at your gym?

A: No. We are welcoming to all fitness levels and our program will get you in shape. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your fitness and move you toward your goals.
