Luke Meade



I'm a husband to an amazing wife and a father to two beautiful kiddos. I played soccer and ran track in high school, then spent my 20's getting fat. I tried things here and there to reclaim any level of previously held fitness, until I found CrossFit in 2015 and fell in love with the competitive community vibe.

I started my full-time CrossFit coaching career in January of 2018. Prior to that I had coached a fair bit of youth soccer and tennis

Why the duck not? Lol...After years of working for smaller gyms, I'm very excited about working with an established gym surrounded by a professional staff.

Anything with a real short time domain...
