We are running Socially Distant Outdoor Classes at the following times:

Boston CrossFit:

M-F: 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am, 10am

Boston Open Gym:

M-F 6:30am-9:30am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-6:30pm

Sat & Sun: 8am-11am


Needham CrossFit:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am

Needham BootCamp:

M-F 6:00am, 8:30am

Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am

Needham Open Gym:

M-F 5:30am-9:30am, 4:30pm-6:30pm

Sat & Sun: 8am-10am

Accumulate 5:00 in a HS hold*

*freestanding, against a wall, etc. 


Beginner Athletes:

Accumulate 2:00 in a pike/wall facing hold

Then….

Accumulate 2:00 DB overhead hold
