Outside workouts are back!

We have started outdoor classes in Needham and Boston at the following times: Boston CrossFit: 6:30am, 7:30am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

"Bahston Sam" 5 Sets:

5 push-ups (regular)

5 push-ups (narrow) 

5 push-ups (wide) 

5 push-ups (clapping) 

35 sit-ups

*goal is to get all 20 push-ups each round unbroken. Rest as needed between sets*
