With both life and fitness constantly throwing new hurdles our way, athletes need a program that is designed to help them combat each one. Our program is meant to educate, guide, and support athletes as they navigate their fitness journey.

800 Gram Challenge

The #800gChallenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition.
Eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, per day. No foods are eliminated, but only fruits and veggies count toward the 800g.
Eat the fruits and veggies of your choice. Hit the macros you want.

Raw, cooked, canned, frozen; doesn’t matter! If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it. Yep, that’s it!

So why 800g? It’s associated with increased health and is a simplified way to hit those recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. 

This Challenge will run from January 3rd - February 4th 2022!



This consultation is designed for you to ask questions and for us to determine the best plan of attack for you as the athlete! We will take a look at your typical day to day nutritional habits, and identify areas for improvement. What current habits are setting you up for success & which ones are stunting your goals & progress? Athletes will leave the consultation with an idea of where to head next, and with steps to take to help them get there.
