The "Four Weeks to Fitness" program is for those committed to attending class regularly (at least 3 times a week), dialing in their nutrition, and working hard. If you need help achieving your fitness goals and are looking for a program that will deliver meaningful results, this program is for you.

This is also a great trial program for anyone looking to see if CrossFit Boston is a good fit. You will have access to unlimited classes for your first month while you decide if the program is right for you.  

NO prior experience is required to participate, and ALL fitness levels are WELCOME!
