CrossFit Boston Cancellation Policy:
All membership cancellations must be made in writing 7 days prior to the end of the month. No refunds will be made after the 1st of the month billing cycle. All membership holds must be made in writing 7 days prior to the end of the month. There are no refunds if notice is not made prior to the 7 day freeze or cancellation window. Freezing is only possible for full months at a time. Notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or submitted to the cancellation form for monthly membership renewal to be frozen or cancelled. There are no refunds for Punch Cards, Seminars, Privates or Clinics after payment is made. There are no refunds for extended 6 month and 1 year membership contracts. No extensions will be granted on extended 6 month and 1 year membership contracts for missed class periods. Verbal, text, and emails to any account other than the email@example.com account will not be acknowledged or accepted as cancellation notice.
