ADULT STRENGTH TRAINING
WHAT IS STRENGTH TRAINING?
This hour long class is designed primarily to improve your overall strength using the big three lifts (squat, bench and deadlift) and accessory exercises. No experience with strength training is necessary, as the program can be catered for all strength levels and training age.
Proper technique and movement patterns will be a staple throughout each class. Learning how to control your body in space, and getting stronger while doing so will carry over in so many other activities both in and out of the gym.
No better place to set some PRs with a great crew cheering you on. Grasp a sense of accountability and community and get strong for life.
You don’t need any prior fitness experience to join this class. Just show up ready to work hard, have fun, and get strong!
